We toured Kimpton Mas Olas as a potential wedding venue and were absolutely blown away. The location is stunning, the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, and the entire property is immaculate. The rooms are beautiful, the amenities are top-tier, and the food was truly incredible. What really stood out was the exceptional staff—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. The resort feels peaceful, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed in every detail. An unforgettable experience and a truly special place. Highly recommend!

Truly paradise! This resort is so gorgeous and peaceful, with the kindest and most helpful staff. Every meal at every restaurant was delicious and we loved the gym and spa as well. We were here for my brother's wedding, and I highly recommend as a venue!

My husband and I got married at Mas Olas in October and we are still swooning about how magical Mas Olas made it. If you are considering a wedding down in Todos Santos we can't recommend Mas Olas enough. It's important to note that you can have children stay at the hotel if you do a buy out so don't let the fact that it's normally adult-only deter you from at least doing a tour! (and then once you do a tour you will absolutely fall in love). The grounds are so stunning and lush with gardens that florals for a wedding are a nicety not a necessity. The food and drink are phenomenal (the chef is incredible and is always trying to innovate his menu with farm to table fresh ingredients) with three different restaurants on site so guests don't have to leave if you don't want to! But if they are interested in exploring other restaurants or going into town, the staff was extremely helpful at setting up transportation. Which ultimately brings me to the standout- the staff and their thoughtful hospitality. From little things like making sure we had direct contact to multiple people on site incase anything comes up, to surprising us with plates of our wedding food waiting for us at the end of our night in a portable oven so we could really enjoy the food (because everyone knows you're so busy at your wedding you hardly get to eat)- Mas Olas made sure our special weekend was even more special than we could have dreamt of. The staff was friendly and attentive to all of our guests, and even helped those who weren't as mobile to get from place to place with golf carts. Galban, Armando, Citlali, Mario, Isaac and Chef Sandro were all standouts throughout our stay . The owner Bill was incredibly communicative and supportive throughout the entire process, we feel so very grateful to have met him and his team. One thing that stands out about Mas Olas is you can fill it up with all your favorite people but still feel like individuals have their own space and ability to sneak away and spend their afternoons how they wish because of how big the grounds are. So it felt like we were inviting people on a big family vacation while still giving them peace and alone time if they wanted it. My guests enjoyed the 3 pools at their leisure, went to the gym every morning and some took advantage of the spa. We weren't crammed or all on top of each other at any point. This was particularly helpful because we had some guests who were late night party people and prior to our wedding weekend Mas Olas helped us group our guests accordingly so as not to disturb those who weren't. I encourage you to really explore the grounds and dream up your perfect wedding weekend because there's so much flexibility on where and how you can have different events, so don't be afraid to get creative! Citlali and her team will do all that they can to make your dreams a reality. If you are looking for an amazing wedding planner I also highly recommend checking out Saltwater weddings & events - she worked wonderfully with the Mas Olas staff and combined they were the dream team. (and since I'm at it Emily Klarer was our photographer and got the dreamest photos while we were there) Most of my review is as a bride who hosted her wedding at Mas Olas, but my family has been going since it was Rancho Pescadero and I feel so grateful to have shared our family's special place with our friends and loved ones. I look forward to returning to Mas Olas for years to come to relive all of our amazing memories.

Very beautiful and relaxing. Generally loved our experience, except for a few mishaps with service. We drove from Cabo airport to the hotel — it took about an hour. It’s a really beautiful drive along the coast, but know that there’s no signage for the hotel on the main road, and you have to turn off onto an unpaved dirt road with no street lights. But Google got us there! If you want to go anywhere outside the hotel, you need a car or driver. There’s not much to walk to, and Google’s walk distance/time isn’t accurate (I found out the hard way). We stayed in a villa with a plunge pool and loved it. Waking up every morning to views of the ocean and whales breaching was incredible. The king bed was very comfortable, and the oversized bathroom with an outdoor shower was really nice. We also appreciated the daily service and nightly turndown service, with nice touches like sweet treats at night, and fruit, cakes, and water delivered every morning to our door. The private plunge pool was so nice to have, and the staff were able to make the water warmer on request. There’s a fire pit attached to the pool, but our one didn’t light, it just let gas out and looked like it needed servicing or repair. The restaurants on site are a bit limited and not everything is always open. Kahal is amazing at sunset with incredible, uninterrupted views of the ocean. Unfortunately one night at Kahal I was served raw chicken in the pad thai. While the chef was very apologetic and brought out a replacement, I was surprised that they didn’t remove it from our bill. On our final morning, the power went out in the entire region. We were told this is a common occurrence, however that morning, for whatever reason, the hotel’s generators weren’t working. This also meant we didn’t have running water. While the hotel sent a message about the outage, they didn’t tell us how we were supposed to flush our toilets or wash our hands, and they didn’t set up any contingency plans for accessing water. Luckily we had a plunge pool in our villa and ice bucket to carry water to our toilet. I saw other guests using trash cans to carry water from the hotel’s pools to their rooms! Hotel management really needs a better plan for this, especially if it happens regularly. Despite these mishaps, we would still return as the views, pools, and ocean-mountain setting is incredible, and the staff are friendly.

We had an incredible stay! The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff was so amazing. It felt like a serene, restorative oasis. The spa is stunning and the restaurants have such fresh food. Francisco made our trip extra special with his hospitality, and every server at the restaurants were incredible as well including Karina and Dino. We cannot wait to return again!

Beautiful hotel. No kids which is great. Wins: the botanical gardens, 3 pools, lots of space without being on top of each other, bikes to ride around, the service and a huge wide empty beach. Cons: gnats. Bring bug spray. The music around the bars and restaurants is loud. A pity as it’s such a quiet space otherwise. We booked a dinner down the street and canceled. They got on our case for not canceling the taxi, but we weren’t the ones to book the taxi so I had no phone number for the taxi. They insisted we still pay for the taxi. Some details get lost.

We just got back from Kimpton Mas Olas and this place is truly special. The staff, the grounds, and the spa are all next-level. Everyone is incredibly kind and attentive, the service is seamless, and the whole experience feels luxurious yet relaxed. The food deserves its own paragraph — everything is so fresh and flavorful, and I loved that they grow ingredients right on site at their farm. The margaritas were the best I’ve ever had. I also really appreciate how committed the resort is to sustainability — even the water is desalinized from the ocean and purified using reverse osmosis, so you can brush your teeth and enjoy drinks worry-free. The spa is incredible. I had a deep tissue massage that was probably one of the best of my life, followed by the Himalayan salt sauna and steam room. Total bliss. I also loved the thoughtful 5-star touches — like waking up to a healthy breakfast bag hanging on your door, on-demand golf cart rides around the property, and the front desk team who always follow up to make sure you have everything you need. Kimpton Mas Olas is gorgeous, intentional, and full of heart — a perfect balance of luxury, wellness, and sustainability. Can’t wait to come back!
